Zvoni Terms of Service
Commercial terms for using Zvoni accounts, AI phone agents, dashboards, integrations, billing, and related services.
Service overview
Zvoni provides AI phone agent, messaging, workflow, reporting, CRM, and client operations software. The service may connect to third-party providers for voice, AI models, SMS, email, billing, analytics, hosting, and storage.
Client data and instructions
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of knowledge sources, documents, scripts, links, backend data, recipient lists, and operating rules supplied to the platform.
AI output and human escalation
AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Zvoni is designed to use approved sources and escalation rules, but clients must review workflows and ensure a human path exists for sensitive, uncertain, regulated, or high-value requests.
Voice, messaging, and compliance
Clients are responsible for lawful calling, texting, recording, disclosure, consent, do-not-call, opt-out, industry-specific, state/local, and international requirements that apply to their use case.
Payments and billing
Subscription, usage, setup, provider pass-through, tax, refund, and commission terms are controlled by the applicable order form, invoice, written agreement, or admin billing configuration.
Suspension and termination
Zvoni may suspend or limit access for security risk, payment failure, provider abuse flags, unlawful use, excessive complaints, platform harm, or violation of these terms or an applicable agreement.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as software and operational tooling, not legal, medical, financial, emergency, or compliance advice. Clients should consult qualified counsel before regulated or high-risk deployments.
