Updated May 26, 2026Website visitors, demo requesters, clients, client staff, callers, and platform operators.

Information we collect

We may collect contact details, company details, demo requests, account profile data, staff actions, IP address, device/browser metadata, referral or advertising parameters, call metadata, messages, recordings, transcripts, notes, tags, tasks, reports, and billing records.

How we use information

We use information to provide the platform, respond to demo requests, operate AI agents, route escalations, produce reports, secure accounts, prevent abuse, track attribution, improve workflows, and support billing and customer success.

Calls, recordings, and transcripts

When clients enable recorded voice workflows, calls may create recordings, transcripts, summaries, tags, and follow-up records. Clients are responsible for required caller notices and consent obligations.

Analytics and advertising

When configured, Zvoni may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, UTM parameters, referral codes, and conversion events to understand traffic, demo requests, partner applications, and campaign performance. Visitors can update analytics and ads choices from the privacy controls on the site.

Service providers

We may share data with providers needed to run the service, such as hosting, database, AI model, voice, SMS, email, billing, analytics, security, and support vendors. Provider use depends on the credentials and integrations enabled for the workspace.

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on client settings, business records, security needs, legal obligations, and provider limitations. Clients should set retention rules for recordings, transcripts, messages, reports, and billing data before production.

Security

Zvoni uses security controls such as hashed passwords, HTTP-only sessions, role-based access planning, audit logs, rate limits, environment separation, and optional two-factor authentication. No internet service can be guaranteed fully secure.

Minors

The service is not intended for children. Clients must not knowingly target minors or collect child data without documented legal authority, appropriate safeguards, and approved escalation rules.

Contact

Privacy questions or requests can be sent to support@zvoni.ai.

This policy is intended as a clear product notice and should not replace client-specific contracts, order forms, DPAs, BAAs, or legal review for regulated deployments.
