Zvoni Communications and Recording Notice

AI-assisted communications

Calls, texts, emails, chats, and related workflows may be handled or assisted by AI systems. The AI may collect information, answer from approved sources, send approved links, create tasks, and escalate to a human.

Recordings and transcripts

Calls may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, translated, tagged, and stored for service delivery, quality review, reporting, training, security, and support. Recording disclosure requirements vary by location and use case.

Escalation

If the AI cannot safely or accurately help, or if a request is urgent, sensitive, regulated, unclear, or outside approved knowledge, it should route to a human or collect information for follow-up.
