Rules that protect Zvoni, clients, callers, referral partners, and staff from unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, or abusive use.

Prohibited uses
You may not use Zvoni for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsafe activity.
Fraud, impersonation, spoofing, threats, harassment, blackmail, or deceptive caller identity.
Emergency services, life-safety instructions, or high-stakes decisions without qualified human control.
Spam, scraped recipient lists, unauthorized cold outreach, opt-out evasion, or DNC violations.
Targeting minors without approved safeguards and documented legal authority.
Regulated outreach in healthcare, pharmacy, finance, insurance, debt, alcohol, gambling, or age-gated services without required approvals.
Malware, credential theft, account takeover, data exfiltration, or attempts to bypass platform limits.
Required safeguards
Production workflows should have approved knowledge, human escalation, consent records, opt-out handling, recording notices, source review, rate limits, and monitoring appropriate for the use case.
Partner and promoter conduct
Referral partners must clearly disclose compensation, avoid unsupported earnings or ROI claims, avoid spam, and use approved claims, links, codes, and materials.
Enforcement
Zvoni may pause agents, campaigns, accounts, payouts, integrations, or access when activity appears risky, unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful.
